My Personal Experience (Using Way 3)
Recently I used the TNG App to claim my RON95 fuel subsidy, I went to the nearest Shell Petrol Station and started to open my TNG App and looked for the Budi95 mini app inside TNG, once in just tap the “Buy Fuel” button and it will start to scan the nearest Petrol Station you are at, once i have selected the petrol station that Im at, Last thing to do is select the amount of petrol to buy (I would recommend instead of pumping RM60 (your usual pre-subsidy amount), you can try pumping RM50. Thanks to the subsidy, RM50 will now get you nearly the same amount of petrol as RM60 used to. Lastly it will show the QR Code of the purchase and you just take that to the counter for them to scan and you are done!. Overall the whole process took me about 2~3 minutes, it was very fast and very convenient very hassle free, as for elderly people I would recommend using Way 2 as all you need to do is present your MyKad ID and pay for the amount you want to pay.
Another good thing about using Way 3 is that it will show you how much much litres you have left, making it clear to keep track of how many litres are left before it renews in the beginning of a new month and it will have a receipt of all the times you have claimed the BUDI95 Fuel Subsidy below.Overall as a Malaysian I do feel the impact of this subsidy as it helped me saved RM15 compared to the usual price i had to pay.
